If you're not satisfied with your purchase after opening the parcel, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days. To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

1. Return the Product: Send the product back with the courier and keep the return slip.
2. Submit the Slip: Provide us with the courier slip for confirmation.

For exchanges, we will process the new item once we receive the original product. For returns, we will issue a partial refund upon receiving the slip and the remaining amount once we receive the product back.

We guarantee our cloth will not fade for the entire season (4 months). If it does, we'll replace it for free
